How much does it cost and how can I pay?
The cost of treatment is $165/hour. You can pay with cash, check or by Venmo.
Do you take insurance?
I take insurance from Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).
However, please note that many insurance companies will reimburse you for a portion of your costs even if I am not a provider for them. It is important to check with your insurance company and ask them specifically about Out of Network benefits for mental health. Typically you pay for services up front and then send a bill (which I will provide) and they will reimburse according to their policy. Please note, not all companies offer this benefit but many do. Call yours to verify. You will responsible for abiding by their guidelines in order to be reimbursed.
How long does therapy take?
This is a common question when one begins treatment. The answer is.... it depends. Some people find quick relief from their symptoms and others have complications such as trauma or challenging life circumstances that can extend treatment. You and I will work together to achieve your goals and work through whatever complications might arise. You have my total commitment to your goals and your treatment.
